The kGoal works with the kGoal app on both iOS and Android that provides real-time biofeedback, guides a kegel workout and tracks progress. This unique device adapts to a woman’s body for maximum comfort thanks to its squeezable pillow section that has a vent to adjust size. The kGoal is great to improve pelvic floor strength after pregnancy, surgery or aging.
