The Strict Leather Lightweight Leather Lined Collar is very affordable and well crafted. Unlike many cheaper leather collars, the inside of this collar is lined with finished leather, so as to be smooth agains the skin. It measures 1.5 inches wide and fits necks from 12.5-18 inches. The solid steel d-ring in the front makes a great point for attachment for bondage or to be lead around on a leash. Warning: This is a NEW item that is not in retail packaging, usually a plain box, wrapped in plastic or a poly bag.
